How to Submit a Complaint

  1. 1Submit your complaint in writing via email to info@hwbsa.co.za
  2. 2Include your name, contact details, and the practitioner's name
  3. 3Provide a detailed account of the incident
  4. 4Attach any supporting documentation

Possible Outcomes

Warning

A formal written warning is issued to the practitioner.

Suspension

The practitioner's registration is temporarily suspended pending review.

Deregistration

The practitioner is permanently removed from the register.
