How to Submit a Complaint
- 1Submit your complaint in writing via email to info@hwbsa.co.za
- 2Include your name, contact details, and the practitioner's name
- 3Provide a detailed account of the incident
- 4Attach any supporting documentation
Possible Outcomes
Warning
A formal written warning is issued to the practitioner.
Suspension
The practitioner's registration is temporarily suspended pending review.
Deregistration
The practitioner is permanently removed from the register.
